Helplessness

Lats and triceps still ache from tues gym and now both my thighs and my right forearm is aching from volleyball trial... Volleyball really trains ur explosiveness. The training exercises are that of a plyometrics exercise which is really effective just a few jumps and my thighs will aches for a few days. Anw didnt got in the trials cause the coach doesnt want yr 2s, unless u are really tall. Bias.

Found a free program called Audacity. Next time if i want to continue and compose the tunes for some songs i can use this program for editing. It is even possible to play drums piano singing and guitar by urself and put it all tgt lol.
