Harder to breathe

Went running with my family at macRitche reservoir in the morning. Didnt really push myself. Figured after quite sometime nv run, this serve as a warm-up.

Suddenly felt like starting intensive training for a few week maybe. This IT hopefully can make me slp earlier or something lol. Today's running is day one of my training. Current plan is gym, run, gym, swim, gym rest rest...

Saw a Porsche Cayman when we were heading to longhouse for lunch. The porsche logo is really nice thats y i only shoot the logo haha.

After lunch, took the circle line for the first time. The glass at the front and back are really cool.

Reached tpy just in time for us to see 戴阳天. 他真的很帅. And tall and build. Wonder how many girls die in his hand. lol. He, Quan Yi Fong and Alan Tern is doing a charity event. U could get their autographs and take photos with them.
