Insight:
When you promise urself to do something, be it to sleep earlier, to eat meals on time, to study today or to exercise regularly to lose weight, be sure to do it. If after deciding and u didnt follow through, it wont be just non-productive but counter-productive. After repeated breaking of promises to urself, it becomes a habit.
Our brain is made up of "circuits". When a habit develops, the circuits will example be link to the "my promises to myself" part and "break promise" part. There are alot of these circuits in our brain and each of them are connected to everything possible. When something becomes a habit, the circuit is very hard to break but it is possible.
To change and accomplish what u decided to do, u need to start accomplish what you want to do! That is where self control and self discipline comes in. This concept can be applied to every aspect of ur life.
For those who know "The Secret" this can be another way of thinking. U can use this to get anything u want.
Hint: Just change the circuit of ur brain. Link wealthy to you, healthy to you, beautiful to you, smart to you, happiness to you. Feel wealthy, healthy, beautiful, smart and happy.
I dont create the circuit theory but these are my insight and explaination. I just felt like writing something and these thoughts just came to me. Hopes these helps anyone who read it.
